About the Role

Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions. Monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors while responding professionally to concerns.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and escalating concerns as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance issues, and policy violations to site leadership.
Prepare accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for incidents, patrols, and security-related observations.

Requirements

Possess at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or at least 5 years of armed security experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background investigation will be conducted.
Drug screen will be conducted.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
