About the Role
In our Revenue team, you'll be the engine behind net-new pipeline. Working alongside our Sales Development Representatives and Marketing team, you'll identify and research the organisations and people that align with our Ideal Client Profile, giving the wider commercial team the intelligence they need to open meaningful conversations.
Responsibilities
- Research and map target accounts in the Mid-Market and Enterprise space (organisations with 500+ employees), identifying the right stakeholders across HR, Reward, and C-suite
- Understand the business challenges of target organisations and align these to the relevant Perkbox and Vivup product solutions
- Build and maintain a well-organised, accurate contact database using a range of sales prospecting tools and platforms
- Collaborate directly with the SDR team to develop and grow pipeline in the 500+ employee space
- Work with the Marketing team on business-as-usual projects that support new business generation
- Stay across relevant HR industry trends to ensure our outreach is informed and well-targeted
Requirements
- A high degree of curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding organisations and people
- Excellent written communication skills, including strong copywriting ability
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong internal relationships
- Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Meticulous attention to detail, particularly when working with large data sets
- Confidence using multiple software platforms and handling high volumes of information
