About the Role
Wisch Engineering GmbH is a medium-sized company in the metal processing industry in Berlin Spandau, developing and manufacturing metal assemblies and components for various industries including rail vehicle manufacturing, mechanical engineering, and vehicle construction. Responsibilities
- Surface preparation (e.g., cleaning, degreasing, sanding, filling, priming)
- Masking/covering and working according to technical drawings and specifications
- Powder coating
- Quality control
- Collaboration and support within the team, e.g., with painting work
Requirements
- Manual dexterity and practical experience in the coating/painting production area, e.g., surface preparation, powder coating, etc.
- Technical understanding
- Team competence
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime
