About the Role
Code and Theory is seeking a Program Delivery Lead to manage Project Ignite, an embedded-team partnership with Adobe focused on driving enterprise customer adoption of generative AI tools. This role oversees the entire program, acting as a liaison between Adobe leadership, the internal Engagement Management team, and Code and Theory/Stagwell executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Set the internal operating rhythm and drive decisions, leading team syncs and senior-leadership huddles.
- Own the program's communication with the client and internal leadership, delivering executive readouts and progress tracking.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client program leadership on program-level matters.
- Adapt to changes in the client's organization and adjust the program's engagement model accordingly.
- Run interference for the team, intervening directly with the client when requests are unreasonable.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and internal leadership to negotiate and close contract renewals, including headcount, fee structure, KPI adjustments, and scope.
- Maintain working fluency in contract mechanics, including redlines, rate structures, and budget tracking.
- Track program KPIs against targets and proactively work with the team to course-correct.
- Partner with the recruiting team to shape hiring strategy, screening criteria, and hiring decisions.
- Act as the primary point of resolution for client performance concerns about team members.
- Own and maintain the program's onboarding curriculum and monitor team capacity.
- Maintain the program's core artifacts and a library of reusable playbooks and tools.
Requirements
- Background in program/client delivery management, ideally within a staff-augmentation, matrix organization, consulting, or professional-services model.
- Comfort owning a portfolio of engagements without running any single one directly.
- Demonstrated executive stakeholder management experience.
- Strong, tone-adaptive communication skills.
- Ability to provide informal leadership that builds cohesion and rallies a team.
- A builder's instinct for process and documentation.
- Ability to synthesize cross-functional information into clear, AI-augmented systems.
- Ability to partner with Legal, Finance, and leadership to negotiate and close SOWs, plan and account for headcount, KPI-based fee adjustments, and delivery-model splits, and track budget burn.
- Ownership of program KPIs against target, with a track record of proactive course correction.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and comfort navigating a changing partner organization.
