About the Role
Join the Video Business Development team at BILD, working at the intersection of editorial, tech, licensors, and business to create formats that captivate millions. We are investing in future-oriented technologies and believe in journalism as a business model.
Responsibilities
- Support the creation and implementation of license agreements for sports and entertainment formats.
- Plan live broadcasts and coordinate project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop marketing concepts for video content.
- Manage FAST channels, including program planning, promotions, and SEO.
- Identify optimization potential for reach and formats using data-based dashboards and analyses.
- Prepare presentations and decision-making documents for management to support strategic development of video activities.
- Support the development and implementation of new video formats and strategic co-productions.
Requirements
- Studying media, communication, or business administration, or a comparable field.
- Ideally, possess initial experience in media production, project management, or business development.
- Interest in digital business models, streaming, and video innovations.
- Structured and proactive work approach with a team spirit.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
