About the Role
As our Product Manager for consumer-facing Digital Therapeutics, you will transform our platform of therapies from good to first-class. This role focuses on user journeys, behavior change, and genuinely moving patients forward.
Responsibilities
- Own the full patient journey end-to-end, from prescription to patient feeling a real difference.
- Apply knowledge of habit loops, nudges, feedback systems, and engagement mechanics to drive sustainable usage.
- Own our therapy apps across urology and gynecology end-to-end.
- Optimize app store ratings, presence, and ASO to improve the funnel from impression to activation.
Requirements
- Hands-on product management experience with consumer mobile apps.
- Understand the technical realities of iOS and Android.
- Use AI to move fast and back decisions with analytics and experiments.
- Fluent in German and English.
- High agency: naturally push topics forward and bring people along.
- Possess taste for great, beautiful, yet functional product design.
- Experience building patient-centric or behavior-change products, or genuine passion for it (optional).
