About the Role
As a Project Employee (m/f/d) at FLZR GmbH, you will work closely with Account Managers to ensure the smooth operation of campaigns in the DACH market, focusing on Consumer Electronics projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to Account Managers in the daily management of large client projects.
- Act as a point of contact for field teams, ensuring timely delivery of briefings and information.
- Assist in analyzing KPIs and preparing sales figures to optimize project performance.
- Ensure deadlines are met and support the control of external service providers.
- Serve as the communication interface between the office, field teams, and clients.
Requirements
- Ideally, possess initial experience in the promotion industry, retail, or project assistance.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using Excel as a tool for analysis and reporting.
- Possess a 'hands-on' mentality and a service-oriented approach to projects.
- Show responsibility, a drive for development, and a desire to make an impact.
