This role stewards the product direction for the Data Infrastructure platform, which provides access to shared data, orchestration, data ingestion, and system retirement. The platform aims to make it easier for homeowners to hire Angi Pros and is evolving to support AI agents.
Responsibilities
- Manage governed platform access for engineers and analysts.
- Streamline orchestration and scheduling into a unified system.
- Drive self-service data ingestion and replication.
- Oversee legacy system retirement.
- Optimize compute cost efficiency.
- Advance compute strategy diversification.
- Build the platform's AI-ready substrate for safe agentic workflows.
- Use AI agents in daily work and set norms for experimentation.
- Protect team focus and drive rigor without micromanaging.
- Build trust through empathetic, transparent, and clear communication.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering delivery teams and the agentic workflows team.
Requirements
- Five or more years of product management experience on a data or infrastructure platform team.
- Experience stewarding technical roadmaps directly.
- Comfortable reading system architecture and pipeline dependencies to make sequencing calls with engineering.
- Proven record of completing cross-team migrations and retirements.
- Demonstrated transparency about areas of growth and openness to learning.
