About the Role
As a Legal Counsel (m/w/d), you will be closely involved with the business, actively shaping the legal aspects of our commercial projects. You will advise our teams on contracts, collaborations, new business models, and rights and licensing issues, guiding projects from initial concept to implementation. Your role involves not only identifying risks but primarily finding pragmatic solutions that enable our business. You will collaborate closely with various departments and our international teams and companies, continuously developing our legal processes.

- Advising on rights and licensing issues related to content, creators, brands, and intellectual property.
- Independently advising on corporate and commercial law matters.
- Providing legal support for our consumer products activities, especially in licensing, merchandising, product collaborations, and other commercial partnerships.
- Developing contract standards, templates, and internal legal processes.
Requirements
- Relevant legal professional experience with a desire to actively shape rather than just legally review.
- Ability to work closely with the business, explain complex issues clearly, and combine legal diligence with pragmatism and economic understanding.
- Enthusiasm for a dynamic, international environment and topics at the intersection of content, creators, brands, licensing, and new business models.
- Completed both state examinations in law successfully.
- At least two years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in independently drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
