About the Role

Support the Monitoring & Analysis team in organizational and technical aspects, contributing to research studies, workshops, and information preparation for policy briefs.

Responsibilities

Support the conception, coordination, and accompaniment of research studies.
Assist in the preparation, execution, and evaluation of work meetings and workshops, including invitation management.
Research and prepare information for the creation of policy briefs.
Support the creation of presentations and reports.
Responsible for the preparation and follow-up of workshops.
Undertake organizational tasks within the team.

Requirements

Student in social sciences, political science, engineering, or business administration, or a comparable field, preferably in later semesters.
Knowledge in the (statistical) evaluation of surveys is advantageous.
Knowledge in questionnaire design and study design through studies or previous working student positions is advantageous.
High interest in battery-electric mobility and charging infrastructure, aiming to shape the energy transition in transportation and work at the interface of business, research, and politics.
Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Structured, reliable, and independent work style.
Very good German and good English language skills.
