About the Role

You'll shape how our brands are discovered, experienced, and talked about across social media, creator communities, and strategic partnerships. You will build a year-round program that brings creators to our schools to tell authentic stories and grow a network of affiliates and brand partners that extend our reach. You’ll also be the team’s eyes and ears in local markets, identifying PR opportunities, supporting regional fairs, and ensuring global campaigns land effectively. As a French speaker, you play a key role in quality-checking non-English marketing content alongside your assistant. Positively Languages launches as a new brand in November, and you’ll be building our social presence and creator network from day one.

Responsibilities

Shape how our brands are discovered, experienced, and talked about across social media, creator communities, and strategic partnerships.
Build a year-round program that brings creators to our schools to tell authentic stories.
Grow a network of affiliates and brand partners that extend our reach.
Act as the team’s eyes and ears in local markets, identifying PR opportunities, supporting regional fairs, and ensuring global campaigns land effectively.
Quality-check non-English marketing content alongside your assistant.
Build our social presence and creator network from day one.

Requirements

Substantial experience in social media management, ideally across multiple brands or markets.
Proven experience building and managing influencer marketing programmes.
Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach.
Experience managing or mentoring a junior team member.
Excellent organisational skills and confidence managing multiple priorities.
Confidence working with budgets and reporting on return on investment.
A keen eye for brand consistency across languages and channels.

Skills

Social listening and scheduling tools such as Brandwatch.
Fluency in French.
Strong English.
Additional European language skills are a significant advantage.
