About the Role
Topline Advisory places talent acquisition professionals within VC and PE backed growth companies, digital platforms, and AI start-ups to accelerate their hiring process for sales and go-to-market roles.
Responsibilities
- Own the full candidate pipeline for a client's sales and go-to-market hires, including sourcing, initial outreach, screening, qualification, and handover to the hiring team.
- Build and manage the search process, defining profiles with hiring managers, mapping the market, and ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
- Conduct structured first interviews using provided scorecards and competency frameworks.
- Utilize AI tools for sourcing, filtering, enrichment, and outreach to achieve high volume.
- Provide clients with weekly updates on pipeline status, conversion rates, and search progress.
- Adapt to new companies, business models, and markets every few months.
Requirements
- 2+ years in recruiting, sourcing, or a high-volume sales role.
- Ability to credibly engage with commercial professionals and identify suitable candidates for roles such as AE, Sales Lead, or CRO.
- Proficiency with tools and curiosity about AI, moving beyond traditional recruiting methods.
- Comfortable integrating into new companies and becoming productive quickly.
- Professional-level German and English language skills.
