About the Role
As a risk-oriented audit and consulting partner, you will evaluate the effectiveness of group-wide compliance and monitoring processes. Simultaneously, in Risk Management, you will manage the group-wide risk management process and act as the central point of contact for the risk management system. Together with the team, you will further develop the internal control system and support the introduction of binding minimum standards in the group.
Responsibilities
- Participate in group-wide risk management.
- Support the preparation and execution of risk-oriented domestic and international audits, as well as IT audits.
- Engage in daily operations, such as preparing presentations, meeting preparations, and reporting in German and English.
- Retrieve, compile, and analyze relevant data from ERP systems (e.g., SAP) or other data sources.
- Actively work with AI modules and applications for analysis and problem-solving.
- Address selected issues for the conceptual further development of audit and risk management methods and tools.
Requirements
- Enrolled student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study.
- First practical experience, e.g., through internships, and knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data analysis are advantageous.
- Willingness to work, team spirit, and strong communication skills.
- Analytical, goal-oriented work style characterized by integrity, initiative, and responsibility.
- Interest in modern technologies and data-driven decision-making processes.
- Ideally, very good knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and AI tools.
- Proficient in MS Office / Office 365.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Tableau is desirable.
- Fluent German (C1) and good English skills (B1).
