Seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support an underwriting workbench implementation, ensuring requirements align with operational needs and standard business practices.
Responsibilities
- Gather and elicit requirements from underwriting stakeholders.
- Map and improve business processes.
- Produce standard Business Analysis deliverables and documentation.
- Facilitate workshops and obtain stakeholder sign-off.
- Create user stories and supporting BA artifacts.
- Provide ongoing input into requirements traceability and project documentation.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst on insurance or underwriting-related change programs.
- Experience within Lloyd's / London Market is ideal.
- Confident engaging directly with business stakeholders.
- Able to work independently within a wider project team.
