About the Role
Maintain stockroom areas to company standards and support the sales team. Serve customers and maintain high luxury customer service.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership and provide support in all stock-related duties across all departments, including Ladies, Mens, Kids, and Online.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of brands stocked in store and stockroom running order.
- Ensure immaculate housekeeping standards at all times.
- Control communication between shop floor and back-of-house teams using in-store radios.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with customer needs as the priority.
- Maintain a professional manner on the shop floor.
- Ensure stock is put away on relevant shelving, organized by brand, color, alphabet, and size.
- Prevent mixing of stocks from different departments.
- Handle merchandise carefully to prevent damage and maintain stock quality.
- Adhere to shoe box etiquette guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation for branch stock takes.
- Keep stockrooms clean and tidy, removing empty boxes and rubbish.
- Assist with housekeeping of the branch interior and displays when required.
- Ensure full awareness of company and branch security procedures for stock management.
- Comply with company policies, operating procedures, and host store requirements.
- Maintain a high standard of self-presentation according to the company dress code.
- Project the culture, image, and professionalism of the organization.
- Maintain a good attendance and punctuality record.
- Carry out reasonable requests from the Branch Manager for the smooth running of the branch.
- Liaise with all levels of staff and management in a timely and efficient manner.
- Bring any issues or concerns that may negatively affect the business, including security concerns, to the Manager's attention.
