About the Role

Deliver an exceptional employee experience by owning the administration and processes that support the employee lifecycle across the US business. This fast-paced, detail-oriented role ensures accurate, compliant, and up-to-date people data while partnering with various teams to provide seamless employee support. Seeking an individual with strong operational excellence, a passion for continuous improvement, technology, and employee experience, who is data-driven, organized, and enjoys finding smarter ways of working.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, and leaver processes.
  • Prepare employment documentation and support compliance activities, such as I-9 verification and background checks.
  • Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems and ensure data integrity.
  • Serve as the primary contact for People Operations inquiries from employees and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Technology, and external providers to ensure smooth and compliant processes.
  • Conduct regular audits and generate reports to identify trends, improve data quality, and inform business decisions.
  • Support system enhancements, automation opportunities, and AI-driven solutions to improve employee experience.
  • Create and maintain process documentation and knowledge resources for global People teams.
  • Contribute to People projects and initiatives that support Gymshark's growth.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a similar people-focused administrative role.
  • Experience managing employee records, HR administration, and confidential information.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Proficiency in working with data, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining high accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders across multiple teams.
  • A proactive mindset with a desire to improve processes and adopt new technologies.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
