About the Role
We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer + Sports Coach to lead children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety. This position is ideal for someone interested in early childhood education or child development, offering flexible scheduling and incentive programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead children in fun and educational activities.
- Ensure safety for all participants.
- Use individual attention to ensure every child has success.
- Use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment.
- Use positive reinforcement to encourage children and celebrate success.
- Attend regular trainings.
- Follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.
- Tailor lessons to specific developmental levels.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader).
- Experience working with children 5 years and under.
- Expressive, charismatic, and nurturing personality.
- Responsible, reliable, punctual, dedicated, and confident individuals.
- High energy.
- Comfort with managing groups of children and adults.
- Ability to follow Super Soccer Stars curriculum.
- Experience working with non-neurotypical children is a huge plus.
- Must be available on weekdays between 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and at least one weekend morning from 8:30 AM–2:00 PM.
- Punctual, willing to learn and accept feedback.
- Must be motivated, energetic, patient, and attentive.
- Hands-on, dynamic, and outgoing.
- Must have reliable means of transportation, with access to a vehicle preferred.
