About the Role
We are seeking a proactive QSHE Advisor to support the delivery of Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental standards across our commercial and critical environments portfolio. This role involves promoting a positive safety culture, ensuring compliance, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Maintain QSHE records, logbooks, and documentation.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
- Deliver toolbox talks, training, and safety briefings.
- Support compliance with health & safety legislation and ISO management systems.
- Monitor QSHE performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Promote a positive safety culture across all levels of the business.
- Provide practical QSHE guidance and support to operational teams.
Requirements
- Experience in a QSHE, Health & Safety, or HSE Advisor role.
- Background within Facilities Management, Building Services, or Engineering.
- Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and compliance requirements.
- Experience conducting audits and incident investigations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
