About the Role
Join our SAP team as an experienced SAP Finance professional with expertise in Public Sector and Funds & Grants solutions. You will help clients deliver complex transformation programs, shape solution design, lead delivery teams, and act as a trusted advisor throughout their SAP journey.
Responsibilities
- Lead teams of SAP consultants across onshore and offshore delivery to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Advise clients on SAP Public Sector Management (PSM) Funds & Grants solutions and support key business and solution design decisions.
- Design, configure, and optimize SAP Finance and Funds & Grants solutions aligned to business requirements and SAP best practices.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as the primary client contact throughout implementation and delivery.
- Drive capability growth through thought leadership, mentoring, and contributing to the evolution of our SAP Public Sector and Finance practice.
Requirements
- 8+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience, including strong SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling expertise.
- Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end SAP implementation programs in a lead or senior consulting role.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Public Sector Management (PSM) Funds & Grants and its integration with broader finance processes.
- Experience with Selective Data Transition, Group Reporting, Advanced Financial Closing, or Document and Reporting Compliance is highly regarded.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
