About the Role
Develop Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI) models using Telco and other datasets to drive business value through Telco Insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to create new AI products and applications.
Responsibilities
- Architect scalable Agentic AI systems using multi-agent architectures for autonomous task execution, integrating with enterprise data, APIs, and business workflows.
- Design and develop next-generation scalable Telco Big Data Analytics Models for commercial projects across various business verticals.
- Propose and design effective analytical approaches considering performance and scalability for large datasets, adhering to best practices and performing validation testing.
- Review and ensure current methodologies meet industry standards.
- Propose and develop new analytics models and innovative techniques/algorithms to enhance SmartHub capabilities and the value proposition of Telco Big Data.
- Independently develop solutions leveraging the latest AI/ML models, including GenAI and LLM, to deliver exceptional value.
- Participate in stakeholder requirement gathering and co-creation workshops to define problem statements and analytic solutions.
- Lead technical collaboration with industry or research institutes to identify new collaboration opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics or related disciplines, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Big Data analytics application development OR Master’s degree or PhD in computer science or related disciplines.
- Experience with Business Intelligence Visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, AWS QuickSight).
- Experience presenting to stakeholders to articulate business values for analytical/data science projects.
- Experience with Big Data technologies: PySpark, Kafka.
- Programming experience in Python or Scala.
- Experience with Cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud).
- Exposure to real-time streaming technologies (e.g. Spark Streaming, Apache Flink).
- Good understanding of software agile development, continuous integration and deployment.
- Attention to detail, self-starter, and continuous learner of industry developments.
- Creative problem solver with the ability to think out of the box.
- Experience in the Telco industry is an advantage.
