About the Role
Support the planning, coordination, and governance of PPL’s annual distribution activity, ensuring delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, actions, and decisions are clearly tracked and managed. Keep colleagues informed and aligned on delivery timelines.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and governance of annual distribution activity.
- Maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, and dependency trackers.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and monitor progress against milestones and deadlines.
- Identify and escalate risks, issues, bottlenecks, and changes that may affect delivery.
- Facilitate planning meetings, capture actions, and follow up with owners.
- Support resource and capacity planning across competing priorities.
- Maintain planning documentation and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, and timeline management.
- Experience coordinating complex projects or operational workstreams involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at different levels.
- Ability to identify risks and issues and work proactively to resolve them.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
