About the Role
The Student Experience team provides front-line support to students using a caseload management approach. This role supports the review and streamlining of tasks within the service, requiring good administrative skills and the ability to adapt to a changing environment. The university focuses on personalized education, believing every student is unique and exceptional.
Responsibilities
- Provide front-line support to students using a caseload management approach.
- Monitor student attendance and engagement.
- Coordinate student-facing events and activities.
- Support course teams with student experience related matters.
- Support the review and streamlining of tasks within the service.
Requirements
- Good administrative skills.
- Ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of new processes.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
- Customer-focused with great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in the student journey.
- Provide a current CV.
- Provide a cover letter/statement outlining suitability for the role, referencing skills and experience against the person specification.

- £28,763 to £34,749 per annum
