About the Role
The Supervisor will provide best-in-class engineering services, achieving 100% uptime and meeting PPM requirements in line with contractual obligations. This role involves directing corrective maintenance, risk management, and contributing to industry standards, with primary objectives of driving service delivery, quality, and performance to support Cushman and Wakefield's vision for engineering excellence.
Responsibilities
- Represent the hard services team and ensure successful site support for all engineering requirements.
- Conduct audits in line with Cushman and Wakefield processes.
- Manage compliance upkeep, site logbooks, and the FAMIS CAFM system.
- Ensure all Critical Service processes are developed in a common approach and meet client requirements or appropriate Service Level Agreements (SLA), as per contractual obligations.
- Cover for the TD when required for all technical activities, acting as the main interface with site client teams.
- Monitor the Planned Preventative Maintenance System and interface with clients to carry out user requirements and requests, ensuring CRs are submitted on time and correctly.
- Plan, control, and monitor operations and maintenance throughout the building through reporting and audits.
- Ensure all Technical Activities are carried out to meet Cushman and Wakefield health and safety and client safety requirements.
- Provide benchmarking of equipment and performance.
- Maintain the Asset Management Plan and monitor the criticality and condition of assets.
- Plan and manage major building shutdowns and critical work events.
- Develop and manage a technical team with appropriate skills to meet client requirements.
- Establish and agree client service level agreements and measure compliance and performance for business continuity, customer satisfaction, and communication.
- Review plant and system performance, highlighting solutions and progressing Continuous Improvement and appropriate benchmarking programmes.
- Provide emergency response, managing the on-site team and communications.
- Develop and maintain a service team culture and improve self-delivery.
- Work on smart systems to drive energy performance.
- Support all agreed ESG outputs.
- Manage and support tenant fitouts, including planning, facilitating, and recording.
- Attend key stakeholder meetings.
- Ensure Specialist Service Providers are managed effectively, including signing off worksheets, inspecting work quality, and swiftly processing recommendations.
Requirements
- High level of technical awareness within the FM and new building environments, including Power & Distribution (LV, MV, HV, UPS, emergency electrical generation), HVAC, and cooling.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering services within critical environments/new builds.
- Good managing and Leadership skills.
- IOSH certification.
- Must possess a good understanding of PPM, RM, and CAFM systems.
- Must possess a good understanding of BMS and control systems.
- Must possess a good understanding of smart systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- IT literate.
