About the Role

We are seeking a Social Worker for our Living and Integration Support (WIN) team at the Tempelhof-Schöneberg location, specializing in outpatient homelessness assistance according to §§ 67 ff. SGB XII (service types WuW and BEW). Our goal is to improve the quality of life for our clients by providing professional and individual support to promote self-determined living and strengthen their existing resources and talents.

Responsibilities

Individual support for homeless and at-risk individuals in overcoming social difficulties
Consultation and, if necessary, guidance in various life areas
Accompanying clients to authorities and other support system contact points
Intensive relationship building
Social-pedagogical diagnostics
Assistance for self-help - empowerment
Documentation, reports, and application submission
Creation and processing of support plans and final reports
