About the Role

As a Principal Engineer, Service Delivery within the Solutions Architecture team, you will play a crucial role in driving technological advancements for clients. This team specializes in package customization, integration, and end-to-end solutions for specific industries, working closely with clients to understand their strategic, operational, and financial goals. You will lead technically from the pre-sales stage, translating business requirements into concrete system and application designs for complex technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Create and lead pre-sales opportunity assessment processes, developing architecture designs, strategies, and plans.
Lead technical customer engagements.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to identify additional business opportunities within existing accounts.
Lead quality assurance activities for large-scale projects, potentially managing staff and providing OJT/training for multi-technical staff engagements.
Maintain deep knowledge of Dell Technologies products, integrated features, and related environments, staying updated on industry trends.
Lead presentations to executive-level customers.

Requirements

Experience with Linux-based GPU cluster construction, including OS knowledge (Ubuntu, RHEL), kernel compilation, basic container application knowledge, and basic security knowledge.
Infrastructure design and construction experience, including 3-tier structures (servers, networks, storage) and infrastructure management software (Zabbix, nagios, OME).
12-15 years of relevant experience in a professional role.
Advanced technical writing skills to document processes for customers.
Excellent customer communication skills.
Advanced understanding and application of project management concepts and methodologies.
Business English proficiency (conversational and technical).
Domestic business travel for customer support.
