About the Role
At Pullman Sydney Olympic Park, our signature Bacar Restaurant is seeking an energetic and guest-focused Food & Beverage Attendant to join our dynamic team. This position is responsible for providing efficient food and beverage service that exceeds guest expectations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries and restaurant bookings
- Support the Assistant Managers with the breakfast, lunch and dinner service
- Input orders promptly ensuring the kitchen can fulfill their duties effectively
- Be involved in the service of conference and events functions
- Maintain clean and neat presentation of the bar and restaurant following set opening, closing and daily procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a premium hotel or steakhouse restaurant.
- Service orientated with an eye for detail and confident communication skills
- Demonstrate pride in presentation
- Have full working rights in Australia
Skills
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification
- Confident communication skills
