About the Role
As a Staff Product Designer at Blinq, you will lead design across key product areas, shaping the real-world connection experience for millions. You will drive significant, cross-platform initiatives from inception to completion, focusing on uncovering insights, creating intuitive user journeys, and establishing design standards for a new product category. This role offers the opportunity to define how people connect in crucial moments.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design and lead across iOS, Android, and Web, from insight to execution.
- Design seamless, human-first journeys while partnering with PMs and engineers to ship features.
- Champion craft and consistency; evolve system-wide patterns, visual language, and tone.
- Test, learn, and iterate rapidly to incorporate real-world feedback into the product.
- Advance design thinking by bringing perspective, challenging assumptions, and elevating the team's standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years in product design with a portfolio demonstrating sharp thinking and real impact.
- Strong interaction and visual design skills across mobile and web, with attention to clarity and flow.
- Experience building and scaling design systems that flex across teams.
- A bias for simplicity; ability to make complex feel effortless and know when to finalize.
- Ability to guide decisions, share rationale, and help others perform at their best.
