About the Role

This role will act as a key business partner, driving commercial finance initiatives and collaborating closely with Market GMs, Franchise, Marketing, and Bottling teams to deliver strategic and financial outcomes for the ANZ Beverages business.

Responsibilities

Lead AOP and rolling forecast planning, including P&L forecasting and business reviews.
Provide financial analysis on volume, pricing, costs, and market performance trends.
Support strategic decision-making through business case and profitability analysis.
Partner with Commercial and Franchise teams to drive growth initiatives and AOP delivery.
Develop sales forecasts and deliver insights on pricing, investments, and ROI.
Support innovation and new product launches through financial planning and stage-gate reviews.
Ensure accurate financial reporting, balance sheet reviews, cash flow analysis, and accrual management.
Drive compliance, internal controls, GCS governance, and risk mitigation across finance processes.

Requirements

Proven ability to lead finance projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams.
Experience in business strategy development, financial planning, and execution.
Proficiency in financial systems, reporting tools, and information management platforms.
Exposure to multicultural environments and global business operations.
The ability to balance financial controls, planning, and commercial partnership with Franchise and Marketing teams with solid understanding of bottler economics is preferred.
