About the Role
This role is responsible for defining and executing IMC's technology graduate and intern recruitment strategy across Australia and New Zealand. You will partner with technology leadership to identify future skill needs and play a critical part in maintaining the company's competitive edge in the fast-moving trading industry. The position offers the opportunity to transform the interview process and create faculty engagement strategies to attract top talent.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Campus Events Lead and Marketing team to build IMC's technology campus recruitment strategy for Australia and New Zealand.
- Build trusted relationships with internal technology leadership, acting as their partner on graduate hiring and workforce planning.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technology graduate and intern positions, ensuring a swift process and outstanding candidate experience.
- Develop deep relationships with university faculties and student societies to build IMC's reputation and showcase its culture.
- Utilize data to refine talent targeting, assessment, and conversion strategies, and explore new channels to reach students.
- Collaborate globally with recruitment teams in Amsterdam and Chicago to share ideas and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced and dynamic industry (technology, financial services, start-up, etc.).
- Demonstrated track record of building at scale, such as entering a new market, rebuilding an interview process, implementing a system, or creating a strategy from scratch.
- Experience recruiting for technology roles, with a willingness to develop expertise in software engineering, machine learning, and AI.
- Experience working with organizations known for forward-thinking talent practices and a high bar for talent.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to set and adjust priorities.
- Willingness to travel and resilience to handle an intense peak season.
