About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to create and manage daily "always-on" content for key clients, ensuring brands remain at the forefront of online conversations. The ideal candidate natively understands social platforms and online subcultures.
Responsibilities
- Script, shoot, and edit short-form video (TikToks, Reels, Shorts) and stills.
- Spot emerging trends, audio loops, and cultural shifts to create brand-relevant content.
- Develop ideas from brainstorm to client approval, final edit, and publishing.
- Shoot content on location at live events, activations, and brand moments.
Requirements
- Demonstrated understanding of why content resonates on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
- Personal feed, portfolio, or creator account showcasing content that resonates online.
- 3-5 years of experience in a social, editorial, or agency environment, or experience building a personal creator channel.
- Proficiency with mobile editing tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.).
- Ability to move fast and create great video content without a large crew.
- Award School (or equivalent conceptual training) is required.
- Ability to generate platform-native concepts from a blank page.
