About the Role
Lumi is seeking a skilled negotiator to manage loss recovery and corporate write-off accounts. This role involves direct customer contact, payment arrangement negotiation, and maintaining accurate records, directly impacting the company's financial outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate payments and payment arrangements for Loss Recovery/Corporate Write off accounts
- Contact customers via telephone, emails & SMS
- Maintain customer payment records
- Perform skip tracing and utilize skip tools to locate customers
- Liaise with internal & external legal teams to manage the legal collections process
- Liaise with third-party field call services to proactively seek outcomes on accounts
- Complete ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements
- Solid experience in a similar role
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Commercial collections experience preferred
- A strong customer service focus
- Demonstrated initiative, drive, enthusiasm, and a team player
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work well with other people and build good relationships
