Responsibilities
- Creates and innovates with strong conceptual design ability, integrating interdisciplinary criteria to advance project component design.
- Demonstrates basic understanding of interior and architectural materials, finishes, building systems, specifications, and construction techniques.
- Enriches design concepts through technical strategies and utilizes appropriate tools for research, design, and documentation across all project phases.
- Possesses basic knowledge of interior architecture and architectural design, including workplace planning, design concept development, documentation, and furniture/materials selection.
- Manages time and workload to meet project deadlines with regular interaction and direction from project leaders.
Requirements
- Completion of a professional degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Effectively communicates with the project team and consultants through timely and appropriate written, oral, and visual means.
- Actively implements BIM/CAD project standards and procedures.
- Portfolio and CV are mandatory, clearly identifying individual contributions and showing the design process.
- Portfolio should be one PDF attachment, 10-20 pages, maximum 5 MB.
