About the Role

Our Technicians are the backbone of our organization, delivering TV and Smart Home solutions to millions of customers and ensuring an excellent customer experience. You will be trained to lead the charge for a world-class customer experience, educating and connecting more Americans with every home you visit.
Responsibilities
- Visit customers’ homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech.
- Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
- Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
- Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License is required as driving a company vehicle to customer sites and regional offices is an essential function of the job.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- Ability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft).
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Must meet and maintain 335 lb weight limit.
- Ability to build trust and create a great customer experience.
- Ability to tackle a variety of challenges on the spot.
- Ability to work in tight spaces and all kinds of weather.
- Ability to handle changes and unexpected tasks with ease.
- Employment is contingent on successful completion of a pre-employment screen, to include a drug test and an acceptable driving record.
