About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator II supports the company’s sales and marketing efforts by coordinating the development of proposals, qualifications packages, award submittals, presentation materials, and other client-facing deliverables. This role may also manage the marketing database, coordinate basic pursuit video efforts, and interview staff to develop resumes, project sheets, and related content.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the development of proposals, qualifications packages, award submittals, presentation materials, and other client-facing deliverables.
  • Collaborate with business development and operations teams to gather information and develop content.
  • Ensure that marketing materials align with branding, strategic messaging, and pursuit objectives.
  • Manage the marketing database.
  • Coordinate basic pursuit video efforts.
  • Interview staff to develop resumes, project sheets, and related content.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the Architectural, Construction, Engineering (AEC) or similar industry.
  • Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven experience in a position demonstrating time management, organization, writing, proofreading, and editing.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to exercise discretion, determination, and dependability.
  • Ability to contribute to the execution of marketing and business development strategies.
