About the Role
As a Roster Coordinator, you’ll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent’s Care Services Edgecliff. St Vincent's Care Services Edgecliff is a 39 bed facility located in a tranquil, leafy suburb within walking distance of public transport, just 4km east of Sydney's city centre. At St Vincent's Care, our Heart print model ensures compassionate, holistic, person-centred care that empowers residents and fosters a sense of belonging, independence, and cultural respect, creating a life filled with purpose and wellbeing. We are seeking people who are passionate about providing care that is sensitive to resident’s individualised needs, preferences and choices and are committed to building strong, meaningful connections with residents.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage administrative requirements associated with staff scheduling within a residential facility.
- Ensure prompt and accurate services including processing and database management.
- Follow directives as per care plan.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (within 6 months).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
Skills
- Experience with scheduling and attendance systems (Kronos/ UKG, Facilities Master Roster (FMR and Workday desirable), Client Management and Care Management systems).
- High level of customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities would be beneficial.

Education Level
- Certificate/Diploma in Business, Frontline Management or Scheduling desirable
Salary/Compensations
