About the Role
Capital One’s Customer Data Product team is building a data destination of platforms, products, and processes that is well-managed and easy to govern, and where data is easy to find, understand, and use to enable real-time intelligent experiences. The Senior Manager, Product Manager for the Customer Data Product team plays a critical people leadership role in achieving our goals. This individual will lead and mentor a team of product managers in developing our universe of data products, including helping customers in moments that matter. This role is crucial for transforming the data experience for all of our customer personas across Small Business Bank and will play a leading role in shaping local and partner roadmaps as we define shared capabilities that can be scaled across our line of business, and Enterprise.

Requirements
- Currently have, or be in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing.
- OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
- Experience translating business and/or data strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
- Deep understanding of data management principles, data governance frameworks, and data lifecycle management.
- Experience with large-scale data platforms, data warehousing, data lakes, or real-time data streaming technologies.
- Proven ability to define and drive multi-year product roadmaps.
- Experience collaborating with product managers, data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers as both data producers, and consumers.
