About the Role

Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through online and offline channels, assisting with marketing and promotional activities.
- Participate in comprehensive training covering financial markets, foreign exchange (FX), trading strategies, platform operations, and risk management.
- Respond to client enquiries professionally and build long-term relationships by providing excellent customer service and ongoing support.
- Gather client feedback, monitor market trends, and provide insights to support continuous improvement of products and services.
- Work towards individual performance targets while continuously developing sales, communication, and financial market knowledge.
Requirements
- Strong motivation for personal growth and achieving results.
- Interest in financial markets and the foreign exchange (FX) industry.
- Willingness to engage in sales, client communication, customer service, and business development.
- Excellent learning ability, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in sales, trading, community management, or marketing is an advantage, but not required.
- No prior experience is required.
- Full paid training will be provided.
- Mandarin language proficiency preferred.
- Valid Australian work authorization.
