About the Role
As a Client Manager at EC Markets, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the trading platform, providing exceptional service, and supporting their engagement with global financial markets.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and promote trading products and services.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in forex or financial services, preferably in sales, customer service, or consulting.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable with phone conversations and interacting with diverse clients.
- High level of responsibility and commitment to follow-through.
- Fluent in Mandarin.
- Proficiency in English or other Asian languages (Thai, Vietnamese, Malay, Indonesian, or Tagalog) is a strong plus.
