About the Role

This role involves managing multiple projects, from proposal and planning to execution and client support. You will act as the primary client contact, driving engagement solutions from initial concept through system setup, survey deployment, and post-launch initiatives. The position also includes supporting client organizational development through data analysis, reporting, and workshop facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Manage preparation and progress of multiple projects, including proposal planning, schedule creation, project initiation, and team member assignment.
• Serve as the client contact, driving engagement solutions from planning and system configuration to survey distribution, closing, and subsequent strategy deployment.
• Support overall client organizational development through results analysis, reporting, and planning/executing workshops for internal dissemination.
• Ensure stable project operations by directing and reviewing team members, managing quality, and handling technical inquiries and coordination with international stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Project management experience in SaaS system implementation or related system projects.
• Experience managing and driving multiple projects concurrently.
• B2B project delivery experience, including client negotiation.
• Experience directing, reviewing, and managing the quality of work for team members.
• Communication skills to smoothly collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt flexibly to changing environments and learn on the job.
• Native-level Japanese proficiency.
