About the Role
As a departmental HRBP, you will build strong relationships with top management and employees, actively supporting their careers, project experiences, and personal growth. You will coach and guide employees by aligning their career aspirations with the business strategies and needs of your assigned department, and advise the department based on your understanding of the employees.
Responsibilities
- Coach and guide employees by aligning their career aspirations with the business strategies and needs of your assigned department.
- Provide advice to the department based on your understanding of the employees.
- Coach employees through each stage of the project assignment process to ensure they are placed where they can best utilize their strengths.
- Balance employee career goals with business priorities to provide tailored support.
- Collaborate with other members of the HR headquarters to understand talent priorities and development programs, ensuring employees are aware of necessary opportunities.
- Partner with the Talent Strategist team to enhance employee satisfaction through feedback, coaching, and training.
- Collaborate with the Inclusion & Diversity team to plan and execute strategies and actions for achieving goals.
- Manage and execute key HR processes, including employee utilization management and coaching during performance review meetings.
Requirements
- Practical experience as an HRBP.
- Experience in a consulting or IT company is preferred.
- English proficiency (conversational or above, with no issues in business English reading/writing, TOEIC 600 or above).
- Native-level Japanese proficiency.
- Mandarin Chinese proficiency (conversational or above) is a plus, as some positions require it.
