About the Role
As a Manager, you will be responsible for designing and proposing actionable solutions for clients' organizational and human resource challenges, contributing as a core member of the project team. You will collaborate with Project Managers on project planning and execution, taking the lead in your assigned area for current analysis, issue identification, and solution design and proposal. By visualizing the structure of issues through interviews with management and employees, and analysis of system and compensation data, you will formulate highly feasible measures. You will also lead simulations and scenario design considering the impact of measure implementation, and lead proposals and explanations to clients. You will play a central role in daily communication with clients, and in medium to small-scale projects, you will lead as a Project Manager. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of junior members, participate in internal knowledge sharing and operational improvement activities, and engage in new project proposal and acquisition activities.

Requirements
- Enthusiasm for actively engaging in client transformation and growth.
- Interest and willingness to learn about HR measures, systems, and HR consulting.
- Flexibility to pursue skill development with curiosity.
- Ability to value teamwork and communicate smoothly and sincerely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Native-level Japanese proficiency.
- Experience or knowledge in strategy, management, or organizational/HR consulting.
- Expertise in HR systems, compensation, and benefits.
- Experience in project proposal and acquisition, and client interaction.
- Business-level English proficiency.
