About the Role

This role owns feature adoption and platform engagement for B-Stock's buyer-facing features, ensuring buyers discover, adopt, and deepen engagement with new product releases. The position focuses on buyer funnel health at a cohort level and driving feature discovery and usage to increase platform stickiness.

Responsibilities

  • Own the GTM strategy and launch execution for buyer-facing features, defining adoption metrics and driving against them.
  • Propose a prioritized GTM plan for buyer-facing features, aligned with the product roadmap.
  • Develop a deep understanding of B-Stock's buyer segments and their engagement drivers.
  • Build and maintain buyer personas capturing behavioral patterns and feature usage.
  • Brief Lifecycle Marketing on feature launches with clear targeting, key messages, and behavioral triggers.
  • Generate hypotheses about buyer behavior and feature adoption to structure analytical approaches.
  • Partner with Analytics to define shared measurement frameworks and visibility into feature adoption metrics.
  • Demonstrate quantitative and qualitative judgment in decision-making, making evidence-based recommendations.
  • Track post-launch performance for feature GTMs and surface insights with recommendations.
  • Attend sprint reviews and product forums to build trust with Product and Engineering partners.
  • Contribute positively to team culture and live B-Stock’s vision and mission.
  • Share behavioral insights from product data with Lifecycle Marketing to improve targeting and retention.
  • Maintain clear and productive handoffs between teams to ensure agility.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in product marketing, growth marketing, or a related field, ideally in B2B marketplace, SaaS, or e-commerce.
  • Track record of launching product features and driving measurable adoption.
  • Strong data fluency, including generating hypotheses, structuring analysis, and making evidence-based decisions.
  • Cross-functional experience with Product and Engineering in an agile environment.
  • Experience briefing a lifecycle, CRM, or demand-gen team on product-driven campaigns.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • High ownership orientation.
  • Work Authorization required.
