About the Role
Join a rapidly growing global tech startup originating from Japan as a key member of the Talent Acquisition team. This role is crucial for scaling our team and supporting the company's ambitious growth targets, aiming for a 50 billion yen revenue in five years. You will have significant ownership in shaping and executing our recruitment strategy, contributing to building the best possible team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, from sourcing to closing.
- Design and drive recruitment plans and channel strategies while maintaining high hiring standards.
- Analyze recruitment data and market trends to identify issues, pinpoint root causes, and implement solutions.
- Collaborate within the HR team to execute onboarding processes.
- Improve recruitment operations and strategies by leveraging AI, automation, and recruitment technologies to enhance candidate experience and maximize productivity.
- Lead the planning and execution of employer branding initiatives, content creation, and recruitment events.
- Participate in other HR functions such as new graduate recruitment, employee engagement, and training, based on individual strengths, interests, and team priorities.
- Work with the Japan HR Manager on various HR projects, including evaluation and compensation systems, and HR process improvement using data and AI.
Requirements
- Practical experience as a recruiter in a corporate or recruitment agency setting, with direct sourcing experience.
- Ability to identify challenges based on recruitment targets and data, and implement countermeasures.
- Willingness and ability to learn and apply AI and new technologies to improve recruitment quality and productivity.
- Proficiency in conducting business smoothly with candidates and internal/external stakeholders in both Japanese and English (business-level English communication skills).
