About the Role
We are seeking a Frontend React/React Native Engineer with a focus on UI/UX design to join our mission of improving global financial health. You will be part of a team of adaptable, creative, and product-focused engineers who deliver working software and are passionate about understanding and solving customer pain points.
Responsibilities
- Develop features for our React Native application, creating engaging user experiences that reflect Cleo's unique tone of voice.
- Write automated tests to ensure code quality and confident deployment.
- Utilize AB-testing, feature flags, and other tools for rapid iteration.
- Analyze user journeys using data to identify issues and optimize the Cleo experience.
- Participate in the weekly app release rotation for the Apple and Google app stores.
- Contribute to cross-cutting concerns that enhance the overall frontend engineering effort.
- Engage in shaping all aspects of squad work, including product ideation, user research, design reviews, retrospectives, and OKR reviews.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of industry experience with React Native or React using TypeScript.
- Proven experience in mobile app development or a strong passion for entering the mobile app space.
