About the Role
The Burger's Priest is seeking supervisors for its Downtown locations, offering a positive and self-expressive work environment focused on serious burgers and excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Train and coach the team to provide "ABSOLUTE" service.
- Set clear expectations and follow up with the team regularly.
- Take direction and feedback from the Senior Management team.
- Open and close the restaurant independently as a key holder.
- Reconcile cash deposits.
- Place orders and perform inventory counts.
- Address customer concerns to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team.
- Friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Passionate about food and guest experiences.
- Food Handler Certified or willing to certify.
- Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently.
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Well organized with the ability to multitask.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time in a hot environment.
