About the Role
As EMEA Regional Readiness Manager, you will be the first dedicated enablement professional in Parloa's fastest-growing region. Your mission is to ensure global enablement programs are successfully implemented in EMEA, meeting regional timelines, local working hours, and adapting to market specifics. You will serve as the local representative for GTM Enablement, acting as the primary contact for EMEA leaders and sellers.
Responsibilities
- Run new-hire onboarding cohorts for EMEA-based GTM hires according to global cadence and curriculum.
- Deliver EMEA bootcamps locally and during in-region hours.
- Adapt onboarding materials for local market, language, and regulatory context.
- Track attendance, completion, and ramp metrics for all EMEA cohorts.
- Execute global enablement initiatives, including certifications, product launches, and methodology programs, within the EMEA timezone and market context.
- Identify and communicate scheduling conflicts, capacity limits, and regional blockers to the global team.
- Maintain EMEA-specific content, scheduling, and cohort data in Highspot and the LMS.
- Prepare and deliver enablement components for quarterly business reviews for EMEA leadership and field teams.
- Manage end-to-end enablement delivery for WAVE Europe and other EMEA-based programs.
- Oversee EMEA attendee readiness and regional pre-work for GKO and other company-wide events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for EMEA reps and managers regarding enablement inquiries.
- Represent enablement at EMEA sales meetings as needed.
- Provide regular updates to EMEA leadership on regional program status and completion.
- Escalate regional risks and strategic questions to the Director, Field Performance and VP, GTM Enablement.
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in enablement, sales operations, learning and development, or a closely related GTM function.
- Hands-on experience running onboarding cohorts or training programs end to end.
- Ability to execute against a plan while exercising independent judgment.
- Credibility with quota-carrying sellers and their managers.
- Clear, proactive written communication across time zones, with a focus on early problem identification.
- Working familiarity with enablement or LMS platforms (e.g., Highspot, Sana).
- Based in or willing to relocate to London, with the right to work in the UK.
