About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the NSW Police Force PMO within the Technology & Communication Services Command. The role is responsible for leading complex ICT projects across areas such as enterprise systems, infrastructure modernisation, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and end-user technology.
Responsibilities
- Leading complex ICT projects across areas such as enterprise systems, infrastructure modernisation, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and end-user technology.
- Managing and optimising Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools.
- Supporting project planning, scheduling, resource and financial management, governance, reporting, risk management, and portfolio oversight.
- Maintaining data integrity.
- Monitoring project performance.
- Providing portfolio insights to support informed decision-making and alignment with organisational governance and strategic objectives.
- Supporting the delivery and integration of new and emerging capabilities across critical infrastructure, corporate systems, and operational technologies.
- Ensuring outcomes align with organisational strategy, standards, and compliance obligations.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing and optimising Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools is essential.
- Proven ability to maintain data integrity, monitor project performance, and provide portfolio insights.
- Strong knowledge of ICT delivery methodologies, enterprise technology environments, and project governance.
- Must be an Australian Citizen, a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen.
- Must undergo a rigorous National Police (criminal history) Check.
- Must obtain and maintain a Security Clearance as determined by the NSW Police Force.
