About the Role
The Groundskeeper is responsible for efficiently maintaining the physical appearance of the apartment community’s grounds, pools and buildings.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and cleaning of grounds/common areas
- Accompany vendors to apartments
- Distribute resident notices to residents
- Report any maintenance problems
Requirements
- Punctual, dependable and a self-starter
