About the Role

Harmony provides an always-on expert for every service request within existing tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams. Its agents use a context graph to connect employee identity, devices, applications, and history, automatically resolving requests across IT, HR, finance, procurement, and legal before a ticket is even opened. With over 100 prebuilt agents deployable in days and a 70% no-touch resolution rate, Harmony eliminates manual work from enterprise service, allowing humans to focus on complex issues. This role is for IT and HR teams seeking a modern service platform.

Responsibilities

  • Command the paid media agent across all paid channels, including search, paid social, display, video, and retargeting.
  • Own both creative aspects (ad copy, video and UGC concepts, landing pages, creative testing) and analytics (spend, cost per lead, pipeline contribution, reporting, budget reallocation) for paid media.
  • Analyze weekly paid reports to make decisions on budget allocation, creative scaling, and campaign adjustments.
  • Run AI-first content and brand creative, including building decks, writing and designing for field events, and feeding organic channels.
  • Produce content using AI agents, directing their output, applying brand judgment, and ensuring fast shipping.
  • Build and improve AI agents by writing and refining agent instructions and turning repeatable work into skills and workflows.
  • Capture successful processes and promote them into the system to improve quality over time.
  • Own end-to-end execution of marketing tasks to free up the CMO's time for strategic decisions.
  • Report crisply on shipped work, performance, and proposed changes using data.
  • Operate as a high-performing individual contributor capable of managing AI agents effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building things on the internet, such as side projects, newsletters, viral experiments, or micro-tools.
  • Ability to delegate entire jobs to AI agents, manage their output, and direct their work.
  • Generalist mindset, comfortable with strategy, copywriting, design, and analysis.
  • Fluency in paid media, with experience running budgets across multiple channels and interpreting performance reports.
  • Deep understanding of buyer personas, particularly stretched IT or HR leaders, to create effective marketing content.
  • Strong taste and ability to refine AI output to a high standard.
  • Ability to move quickly, ship MVPs, measure results, and iterate.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and on-brand copy for various formats.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS or targeting developer/IT audiences is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with no-code and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n, Retool) is a plus.
  • Experience with LLM tooling is a plus.
  • Design sensibility in deck and basic creative tools is a plus.
  • Comfortable behind a camera and with video editing tools, and willing to travel for shoots is a plus.
