About the Role
As part of an agile and cross-functional team, you will be responsible for the new and further development of cross-platform applications for mobile devices (iOS and Android) and all Flutter-supported platforms. You will plan and design new features, implement them independently, and ensure intuitive application usability. You will set the course for further development by contributing to analysis, conception, specification, and implementation. As a Lead Developer, you will actively participate in selecting appropriate architecture and design patterns, ensuring their correct application within the development team and maintaining high code quality standards. You will share knowledge, participate in code reviews, share best practices, mentor the team, and serve as a central technical point of contact.
Responsibilities
- Develop cross-platform applications for mobile devices (iOS and Android) and all Flutter-supported platforms.
- Plan, design, and implement new features for intuitive application usability.
- Contribute to the analysis, conception, specification, and implementation of further development.
- Participate in selecting and applying appropriate architecture and design patterns.
- Ensure high code quality standards.
- Share knowledge, participate in code reviews, and share best practices.
- Mentor the team and act as a central technical point of contact.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience with Flutter.
- Experience with a common framework for native iOS or Android app development.
- Advanced understanding of software architecture in Flutter apps, demonstrable through complex projects.
- Experience working in agile projects (e.g., Scrum) and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using AI tools in your field, critically evaluating results, and supporting clients in leveraging AI potential.
- Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English skills.
